THE DOWN IS WASHABLE ! Never dry-clean a duvet, an eiderdown or any other “TRIPLEZERO” product or you'll risk irreversible destruction of the down. Never wash cushions, pillows, or bolsters, because the filling of these articles is very dense in order to support the weight of the head. Drying is much too long and risks to degrade the product for good as well as cost you a fortune in energy . The filling remains good, it is the fabric that gets dirty. It is cheaper to send it to us, we change the fabric, ventilate the filling, add to it if necessary, and you set out again with a new pillow for a few years. Tariffs: please contact us.

Washing machine settings: cold wash, program wool or delicate + normal spin-drying, with a neutral soft detergent such as household soap. Drying in dryer at low temperature for 1 to 2 hours until the sleeping bag opens, because when wet it tends to gather in bundles. Let it rest for one night and put it back in dryer for 1 to 2 hours to finish drying. Let it rest 24 more hours before storing it. |

For small articles, children items, small duvets for instance - washing machine settings: cold wash, program wool or delicate + normal spin-drying, with a neutral soft detergent such as household soap. One can dry them in domestic 5kg dryers as in laundries. For large articles, large duvets or eiderdowns, cold wash in bathtub, dry in open air. The down must open in the course of the day, for that it is from time to time necessary to undo the down bundles which formed during the wash and then shake the item. Make sure that the down is completely dry before storing it.
